Microwave 39 seconds at a time and stir until smooth. For the pistachio cream: 1/2 cup pistachios blended into a powder. Add a tbsp of milk and Add as much confectioners sugar as you like, taste it!!! Strawberries were off Amazon along with the kataifi . Link is in my bio! Enjoy! Yes i know i should have mixed the kataifi with the pistachio cream….next time ! 🙄☺️

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 39 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals, until the mixture is smooth. 
2. For the pistachio cream, blend 1/2 cup pistachios into a fine powder. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and then add confectioners sugar to your liking, tasting as you go, until the desired consistency is achieved. 
3. Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, then coat with the pistachio cream and kataifi. (Note: The creator suggests mixing the kataifi with the pistachio cream next time.)
